The goal of DBpedia Spotlight is to provide an adaptable system to find and disambiguate natural language mentions of DBpedia resources. Much research has been devoted to the problem of automatic disambiguation - as we discuss in Section 5. In comparison with previous work, DBpedia Spotlight aims at a more comprehensive and flexible solu-tion.
